These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all sales made on the Maison Lumen website. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.
1. Products
Our products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding for minor variations. All our light fixtures comply with European electrical standards (CE, EN 60598) for 230V use.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT). Shipping costs, if any, are indicated before final order confirmation. Maison Lumen reserves the right to change its prices at any time, the applicable price being the one in effect at the time of the order.
3. Orders & payment
Payment is made online by credit card or any other means offered at checkout, via a secure payment system. The order is confirmed once payment has been received.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer, within the timeframe indicated on the product page. Free delivery in mainland France. In the event of a delay, the customer is informed by email.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
6. Legal warranties
All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with French law.
7. Liability
Maison Lumen cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper installation or use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Electrical installation by a qualified professional is recommended.
8. Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. The customer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
